You will get a good environment to work but that depends how quickly you can gel with the culture. No issues in getting leaves or even getting support like WFH in case its required.

... poor. Be prepared to work for extended hrs if you have thought of joining big4. Salary and benefits are very poor when compared to work balance. Competitors pay much more. HR department and your onboarding process is disappointing.

Nothing to Likes in KPMg Hyderabad. It is Run by Marwari and Jain people as their private club. They give all the position and better client and work to own people who is either Jain or Marwari. Rest is only doing silly silly work.

It run like a private club of Marwari and Jain. For rest no value. They can ask you anytime to leave without paying any compensation.

Some of the departments are good in kpmg ,like in audit , peoples are good in good

When appraisal and bonus time is coming then they made so many excuses for not providing the benefits and some departments working culture are not good , like in FDD

Work Culture is awesome, you will get help from your senior and team members. Employee Centric Policies. Salary, Appraisal and Bonus is in good number and in timely manner. Diversified work load. Flexible Timing not strict office time like service based company. Easy to reach higher management and leadership and expect response. In the end Family is most important and you will take a time for your family if you are in good project, client and in this Firm

Dislikes

1) On-site opportunity wil not get easily 2) Remote client located employee couldn't enjoy office's regular benefits and events. 3) Off-Site never happened in my 3 years of experience with this firm.

Work pressure , No learning Language barrier as per location If anybody working in Hyderabad and if he/she is from north than he/she can feel this language barrier
