Incompetent managers and chatu(they will throw you under bus) Anything bad happens you are to blame(sole responsibility). Why there is hierarchy if everything is done by employee only, from client engament to delivery, its like working as a freelancer(Freelancers are now earning 3-4 lpa a month). Search on youtube why people leave Big 4.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

Mentality to work beyond your office timing. Management expect you to work 12 hours but will salary for 8 hours.
