If u are CA and want only salary then go for KPMG GDC but the work will be copy paste and tieouts and giving tick mark. Absolutely no skills to learn here.

There is no client dealing. Actual audit is done by KPMG team sitting in US. People in KPMG banglore are doing only copy paste and tick mark work. Pure micromanagement is going on HCLS industry. They are behaving in a way so that people put resignation on their own. They hire CA only to charge more per hour rate from client. Otherwise there is no work for CA here. If you dont have any professional degree then u will remain at rank of senior Associate only. Only CA CPA or ACCA can become manager or above rank. HRBP (Asif Rehman) and Manager are puppets of Associate director and Associate director (shyam lodha) is puppet of director and MD. Once u join then after some time you will feel that you are wasting your time.

1. Too much reliance on big 4 candidates 2. Should increase the pay and promotion is given to those who always keep asking

If you just want to recieve on time salary and don't want to put too much effort into your work then this is the best firm to relax

It is a highly biased firm, if you are not in good books of senior management people, then no matter how good you perform it won't matter. Your growth rate is not proportional to your effort & skills if you don't know how to be in good books of some people

The salary of KPMG is quite higher than the other big 4.

1)There is no work life balance. 2)There is no Log off time we need to start the day before the login times and there is no log off time for the company. 3) there are so much politics they can remove you from the company at any time with nonsense reason 4) they will never promote you as per your quality then never see good on you but always see bad in you

Year end bonus is good if meet targets.

Dislikes

WFH is in contract but not following. Management has 0 clue how to run this project. Always knee jerk reaction approach. Delegation isn't proper. No analyst is happy. 0 growth opportunities, no time to do anything else. Job security is doubtful as they hire and fire at will.
