Punctuality set in work profile. Department wise team management.

Dislikes

Sudden changes overall rules & regulations. Growth bar is too low without any compensation as per compare to other players in a market. I have alot to mention here but I feel it's enough though.

The company atmosphere is average, provide training ,job security, traveling provided only for sales employees, strong politics,work environment is average but growth level is very poor,salary get on time & unsatisfied appraisal.
