Good pay master, lot of learning opportunities. If someone joins during early years of his Career, he is destined to make it big.

Dislikes

... work to the team and spend time on YouTube. Don't know why he gets paid at all. It would be very good if he is removed and his salary is given to the team to do same work.

Worst place to work with. During this pandemic, First they started with salary cut and that to 75% and then they started laying off employees giving them 3 months notice period and only 25% of there salary. Terrible company.

Dislike: Management, work, opportunity, growth and job security.

After lockdown is imposed KPIT was the last one to move towards work from home. Salary of all employees were reduced to 80%-40% even after reducing salary they have done lay offs of many fresher engineer.

Lack of planning and poor resource handling.

I like the management. It is good and well handelled.

Dislikes

Compensation is not that great atleast for freshers. Otherwise it is okay but can be improved. Onsite opportunity is very limited which also can be improved.

...ood and friendly environment. During COVID-19 lockdown KPIT was not supportive . There is salary deduction upto 65% and still no job security

Politics is used during project allocation. No skills growth , Skilled person allocate on any project, Not helpful for personal growth, No on-site opportunity.Salary cut in COVID-19 pandemic. Layed off the employees
