HR is working blindly Politics at ground policies are useless Technical are playing foul games based favoritism Repetitive work of creating decks Hirring Firring way of working Treating managers very badly ( Sr. Leaders and engineers as well) Way of giving appraisal is very bad So not recommend to join for money only

No job security, no allowances, huge work pressure, they won't provide sufficient timeline for the work and they'll force to complete before the time nd they won't consider the quality of the software. If u were on bench for one month they'll remove you without any reason.

...in 15 Days without asking the employee.. however the notice period is 3 months.. Don't even pay the compensation for complete notice period. Fnf compensation also comes after 2 months and after many follow ups.
