No job security, no allowances, huge work pressure, they won't provide sufficient timeline for the work and they'll force to complete before the time nd they won't consider the quality of the software. If u were on bench for one month they'll remove you without any reason.

...in 15 Days without asking the employee.. however the notice period is 3 months.. Don't even pay the compensation for complete notice period. Fnf compensation also comes after 2 months and after many follow ups.

Salary structure is good because they gives Fixed Salary package.

They not tell about project, after recruitment they use as they want your interest doesnt matter. Once transfer to client they never listen our issues. Even I have no work at client since long time and request to change the project but never listen and blame to us. My Deliver Manager was worst. He was so selfish and full of proud.

Job Security with less salary

Dislikes

Less salary, Once you got project then there will be no project change even though you are not leaning new things. Best part is company promote about "best place to grow" but actually growth is for management people.
