Good company policies and fair and they give good salary and bonus every year and good work environment and culture. Good teammates are very supporting me and encourage on work

Here is 2years of bond before resigning ...on the job training is not given to new joinniers

Company has good campus. Better work life balance. Will get to learn many things as at very early stage lot of responsibilities are given which is bit challenging but will benefit in the long run.

Dislikes

No role models in the Company. Literally No growth. Salary is very less compare to market. Culture is quite old fashioned. No better incentives. No onsite opportunities. High expectations.

A bit of issue with hike in salary but overall its best company

Work life balance is excellent, work from home leverages, team size is very small so kind of hard work you have to put is high so learning is good within short span of time.

Dislikes

compensation and benefits are not much, hike is better than industry figures but not at par, very less recognition

hige pay scale difference, if you fall in lower bracket they won't increase it to retain you no matter how good you are. Work is mostly at peak level, and depends upon delivery manager who micromanage the hell out of things.
