...gement are very good and progressive. They always look for new innovative ideas. Company policies are very good, salary hike is fare and work burden also fair. Management never force for extra burden they always try to work in right path not to shortcuts.

There is lots of politics in lower level and management never address. Job security is good but personal growth or career growth is very slow. I tried to develop many method on low level or sales level but mid level management never tried to give chance. Many times company payment policy is very poor and market people very difficult to handle at sales tems level.

Kph cosmos do not believe g8ving his employee any kind of health benefits. Forget about health insurance this company neither provide salary slip to its employee nor PF deductions. And this is a crime according to company law.

Due to Covid-19 Company Continue give the full salary to employee. And Plant head Ms. Manju Bhasin Nature is very good very supportive.

HR policies needs to be revised, for new joinees training should be there to get comfortable, all over growth of employees must be considered, providing them exposure to training,
