Opportunity to get hands on with the product code. Suggestions are encouraged and welcome by the team members even if you are a fresher/new member. You will get to interact with customers and work on the product from a very early time. Get a deep understanding of project and resource management and ALM. Since it is a product company, there is very good job security directly proportional to your understanding of the product.

...ny accomplishments nor provide any incentives to work beyond the bare minimum. Work life balance is a hit or miss depending of your experience level and there is no overtime or compensation for working on weekends when required.

1. Worst ever management. 2. No corporate ethics. 3. Insane and revengeful HR director. 4. Robot HR. 5. Award winning internal politics. 6. Outdated technology stack, no process/methodology followed in day to day work, decisions are taken on the fly, pathetic infrastructure, nobody literally care! 7. No work life balance, here deadline is like lifeline. One has to often work on weekends (without any payments) to meet deadlines set by senior directors. 8. CCTV cameras in office floor, surveillance software (Teramind) in laptop/desktop to monitor you all the time. 9. Insane work distribution - some work day-night forgetting their personal life/health, others can be seen having nap after lunch, getting massage from office peon, leaving office early to attend their daughter's barbie doll's birthday celebration (child imagination)! 10. Salary disbursement is a manual process and depend on so many factors. Salary is always credited late. 11. Strict office timings - You have to come by 9.30 am sharp, failing which your name will be noted by office peon, despite having bio-metrics, but no policy to leave on time. 12. Distasteful environment - People, even very senior persons openly abuse, crack adult jokes, pass body shaming, lewd remarks, especially in front of female coworkers. 13. Not at all a caring company, indifferent to employee health, COVID pandemic. Tried repeatedly to resume office in this pandemic without having enough space in floor to arrange proper seating for all. Forced some employees to visit client location in the peak of 2nd wave and helped them getting infected with the deadly virus. 14. Cost cutting initiatives can seriously make you think about their financial condition. Forced all employees (verbally) to apply for 4 days leave without pay per month for 2 consecutive months, made them work and still deducted salary. To save money, even a white board is cut vertically into 2 pieces using a hack shaw to put them into two different rooms in the floor.

1) This is a very good place to learn new technologies. 2) Some of the senior people are very good and supportive. We can learn a lot of things from them. 3) We receive evening snacks from the company which is very fun and exciting to have. 4) Friendly work environment. 5) Good annual appraisals as compared to many other big companies. 6) Job security is high based upon one's sincerity. 7) They also give year end work leaves which helps the employees to get refreshed.

Salary paid every month. One or two people are really good. you could learn a lot from them. Employees are mostly fresher so fun and light environment. Has impressive client list.

...n ask a developer to be system admin or developer to go in tester or solution. Salary cut for no reason during COVID and employee forced to work as they got Leave without pay for 4 days in two months. That cause severe demoralization and almost all mid senior to very senior people left the company. Management is least bothered about well being of Employee more interested in making themselves looks good in front of CEO. Even if it requires forcing people to come to office during pandemic. Kovair might be the only tech company without a full time CTO or any full time technical advisor who actively work with development team. Internal tech training is a joke, people are forced to learn new technology on their own and asked to teach others.
