...mpensation pay is not like how Zoho and Fresh works pays for Software Engineers. We get very low package in Kovai.co when comparing with other product based companies. In Kovai.co, most of the employees felt this, but they never tried to express this. Suggesting management to consider this problem. Because Kovai.co is multi product based company, it should be great in all areas. If this compensation problem continues, it leads to increase of attrition rate in Kovai.co.
