Vary bad work culture no any support from senior Specially cannot work with this Stupid Rohit Mahipal very worst fellow and because of him many employee resigned from KS even BM,Cluster Head, state Head etc. Really where he worked he made all office empty so don't work with him and later joined Chinmoy Sharma he is very oiling person to senior even bad bad performance from previous company but he joined here coz of reference stupid Rohit Mahipal.

Salary is on time A fixed Fuel reimbursement is passed without hassle Good learning experience

There is very high pressure and toxic work environment Unrealistic expectations are set by the managers on a daily basis Managers don’t approve leaves easily There is no real training program and very little support from operations end

During COVID pandemic company don't stop salary.

...y disappointed. HR BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD. HR is manipulated by Management. Not even salary hike 😕

as per the name not getting gud salary hike, you are not able to get leave when you required and not even getting leave encashment it is got lapse if you are not utilising for that year. for silly reason they are not promoted you and not even gettting hike and bonus for one year so much disappointment for this.

Job security, wfh, company culture, work life balance, yearly bonus, holidays, leaves benefits etc.

Dislikes

Promotions are very slow and not based on skills/expertise Management engagement / collaboration with mid and ground level employees is average. There are not many new learning opportunities so career growth is stagnant.
