Great company to work with and have flexibility to take decision. Management & supervisors are supportive and have ample opportunities to grow.

Being an entrant and having very minimal exposure could not justify. But with regard to bonus pay inform that they pay very less.

...s are not follow company rules..but they only follow rules our personal works...work is very big but salary is short .. incentives also not credited..

...ut afte one month they are showing asking to sale other banking products also...this is not good as per salary...and they are demanding to say holidays time work compulsory..

I fell happy worked with Good Organisation, my teammates very good guy's, training and job security and career growth also good, H.R policy was very clear and transparent, i learned so many skills in this organisation, i enjoyed work life.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
