There is job security, work culture is good, management is good and supportive. Company policies not upto mark. There are no facilities for employees such as pantry, cafteria in our location.

... concerate on full fill the targets ..they wont concentrate from employee side..(salary hike, incentives) ,the main thing is less man power more work , no appriciations , no identification

There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Dislikes

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing
