All time you will be overloaded and unexpected expectations from bosses. Works are delegated as per KRA but everyone has to do some additional values in insurance income otherwise you are an avg performer. And you have to face the bad consequences. If we talk about politics, yes it exists everywhere and if you are not proactive about your growth then you will have to suffer. Here if you have resigned and you have offer letter them only you can get hike, grade. Non learner, less capable and less exp employee will get promotion. If we talk about processes among banks then definitely kotak stands at number one.

Less salary, favouritism, if you take stand for yourself then you are the enemy to bosses.

There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Dislikes

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

Dislikes

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
