Bad management they hire TL who ask money from their employees and do not return. no work-life balance less salary package only fancy designations are given which does not have a value in the market if u go out.No job security HR listens more to management then employees do not support after you leave the job or be on the job.They do not invest in their system updates but only on themselves.

It was good experience working with kotak bank. In normal operation department the salary expectation for freshers should not be high it can be arrange from 2.2 to 2.3 lakhs per annum not more than that if you have done any course and then have joined the company then salary can reach up to 2.5 lakh it is good for freshers in KYC operations DvU department. Birthday is no growth after certain level in such departments. We have to pursue some course and then go for next level in another company.

Dislikes

...ut the opportunities which we are getting for our career growth are bit limited. Work culture was good salary is not that much great because as per the market and inflation in India it could be better after spending 3 years in that Bank.

...e month you have to cancel your week off. Or Some time they call on Sunday also. Salary you will get on time. And general leave also you will get if you want .but if you don't achieve so .... Samjhdar ko ishara kafi hai. One thing I like the most that sab ko nam lekar bat kar sakte ho koi bhi ho sir or madam bolne ki zarurat nahi hai. And I card bhi sab ka same hai . So this is very nice .

Dislikes

Incentive slab is not good. Means kitna bhi over achieve karlo phir bhi you will get limited incentive not only this 75% only you paid n 25% end of the year milega. Too many products you have sell . All are compulsory . GI , LI , CASA, FD, SAVING yar aur bhi bahut products hai. 9.30 fixed login but achieve nahi kya koi bhi product to till 8.30pm or 9pm baitho. They don't bother k tum kitna dur se aate ho. And as usual buttering , politics to common hai . People also good. Too much pressure , too many products , limited incentive .

Work culture is excellent here and job security is also good here. Very supportive in covid period for WFH.

Dislikes

Only problem is salary increment .No growth in salary in last financial year and very less bonus received. Neither there is any salary increment announced at Diwali too.
