They say something else at the time of interview regarding your package and location then once accept thr offer letter they change the basics and decreases your in hand packege very shruedly and about the posting they never give what ever they feel they will give and as you dont have any other option other than accepting so you do.

Employee home loan facility for staff at lesser rate of interest ....nearly 50% less rest is ok ok

...ime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work

Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst place for working, highly pressure from senior level , branch manager abusing to employees, if you not able to serve business they told why are you living you should be dead , one day not do business any time they call to meet with area manager till 9pm , they scold and no support from supervisor full politics no meaning of team work supervisor support only there favourite employee all businesses give to them only. Don't go with this worst bank.

No work life balance, no strategic planning and working by anyone. Offical working days are 5 days But you will required to work all 7 days without any compensation like comp off or extra pay even on public holiy you might be asked or required to work.

HR is really unsupportive and even the whistle blower policy is of no use, I have raised a concern and addressed them about leaders marking unnecessary LOPs however the action are not taken against leaders. One of location head in open market credit card department there are 350 executive has left and 13 senior managers have been harrassed and left organization. But still HR does not show any concern.
