Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive everything is fine but salary of old staff very low it should also noted if they are also doing good work then they should get good salary and bank took full care of its employee in Covid-19 give him chance to work from home

...s per system constraint kotak bank not developed as compared to hdfc axis icici.also so many employees left the job from kotak because kotak gives very less salary to there staff

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... not done according to competency neither employees are trained enough to excel. Medical benefits are not provided by employer every month fees tworads mediclaim are deducted from employees salary and on that company only covers for 70 pct of total medical expenses

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
