Working on bank holidays and not providing additional pay for working on bank holidays and working extra hours and lastly no proper management . As i am from sales department so there is no travel allowance provided to us.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
