...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salaryhike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign

There is nothing to like while working with Kotak Mahindra Bank except to showcase that you are working in one of the top banks.

...ted like dogs. This is not just Kotak Bank but with all the private sector bank.They are paying salary and treating as if they have purchased them.

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

No much applications at branches but very lengthy processes which save the risk on the jobs of employees but the processes take longer time to operate

Dislikes

Salary levels are below par the competition, top management reluctant to retain the performers. Infr & technology are poor which need to be upgraded but reluctant to invest. Looks like more or less an NBFC while driving business

Work life balance No bad words from senior managers in my 10 years tenure with Kotak

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.
