Ambiguity in JOB offer.
I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. Your feedback will be appreciated.

Company is having excellent relationship with their customers and employees. Company is providing salary on time. there is a lot of things which l learnt from there. I'm thankful that I joined the kotak Mahindra Bank

Dislikes

There is some maneger who is having a very bad attitudes. They provide you a lot of pressure regarding to Target. They humiliat you in front of a lot of person. Due to a few manager in this organisation, the environment is not good specially this manager zone. they don't leave us on time.

The Bank is having an excellent environment work life is very very smooth in mostly all departments . Work culture is very good people are very supportive one of the best canteen you will get love the place and vibes.

Any one can mark attendance at any time in a Day

Dislikes

Everything... HR policies are pathetic as well as no growth Salary hike will be 200-300 rs per month after working for 1½ year They won't revert you untill and unless you take any serious actions No matter what happens after my review cause I have proofs...

Was my first job experience was very good management was too supportive. On & off Job Training was Superb. Job Security is very good. Can speak directly to management without the hierarchy also. In case again got a chance will surely work for them. Awards & recognition were there.
