Poor compensation - No increments given in 2020 despite a great year for the bank. Senior mgmt. benefits from stock options while increments and bonuses for Senior Associates/VPs are significantly lower than peers.

Likes

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

Timely getting salary .. nothing else

No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance . Branch manager have to do everything. Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks . Products are sucks.

...nd so many people act like they are running bank business like proprietary firm. Need to be appreciated the true hard working employee with salary increments as well.

Dislikes

It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.
