See if want to do a job then Kotak Mahindra bank is the best bank. But don't expect salary hike,there is no KRA. KRA always change like session. You want promotion then you should know how to do buttering. The best part of Kotak the cashier salary and gun man salary is equal. Yes for designation don't wory office boy join in Assistant manager grade. So you can imagine IN KOTAK branch and chair is AVP AND VP.

This is lala company. They don't have any ethics. Main part gun man and cashier are same salary. They distribute designation free of cost. Office boy is assistant manager.. no Carrier growth.main and important. Kotak bank never ever think about his employee. No family value. In employee friendly if you ask me then I will give -10000000 mark
