It's a great place to work with such an experienced seniors who are always ready to guide. Good Opportunity for growth, work life is balanced but as in different companies at times situation is tough and that is when out skill gets refined.

Actually no dislikes just I am not getting a salary as expected. As I am handling entire West Region staying at Mumbai at only gettibg a package of 6 lakhs is actually tough.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves

There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Dislikes

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Dislikes

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.
