You get a lot of learning exposure. Job security is very good. 5 days working benefit. Overall a great experience.

Dislikes

Newly recruited person are taken for high salary where as existing employees do not have the value. Work for 2 years and change the company we ll have dignity then. Wen required sales and when required service changes in sop very frequently. We end up learning n experience all these as well.

...d Getting same as BOM and post promotion Traveling 200KM daily to Reach office .No support from Senior for Any Business No Traning No Salary Reviosn post promotion . if any one Resigned Seniors treat it as personal issue
