Good place to learn and for skill development got nice exposure of work.. and load of work is average so you got time for work and life both.. Nice place for learn

It's a offroll job , so there is No salary increment for CPA ( credit processing associates) no other benefits..

There is no salary hike in last 4 year... No growth in position.... Working in same salary & in same position from last 4 year

Kotak Mahindra Bank Business loan process is very good and long process and we will prepartion TAT is very dificulty and Very carfully updated last two yers financials and latest one year GST returns and latest one year Banking perfios after completed TAT easly process the case the working is very easly recomending the casese.

Dislikes

More work and less salary, there is no co-ordination in the team, any problem is raised asking me only, our team peoples doing mistakes managers asking me, any big Financial cases shared managers me only.

In terms of other Indian Banks, Kotak is far better when it comes to Work Life Balance and Work Culture. People are much more professional here. You would love it if you become a part of the wholesale banking group.

Dislikes

Pay is on the lower side with low hikes and bonuses. Even promotions are based on the biasness and not the skill of employees.
