Salary doesn't match with market No bonus and increment was given due to COVID If you are joing after October of a particular FY, then you are not eligible for any appraisal next year..even though you have joined on NOV 1st of that year There are multiple other work, which a partson is supposed to do apart from the work profile like hiring and identifying candidates for new recruitment, vendor bill processing etcm.which is done by a seperate department in other financers Overall work pressure is enormous and the company in return pay you peanuts No additional benefits are provided to the employees even of you are working in a finance co or bank You have to compulsorily pay medical.. from your net pay..which you might not require Apart from this..people will call you to work on holidays as well even if it is a national or state holiday..no proper work culture is there. Hr does not decide the leave..but employees and colleagues decides the leaves..no work life balance Not recommendable to work here.

Bank has two set of people-growth oriented & below average caliber.Few set of seniors offer opportunities and show trust in your capabilities. On the other hand ground level people like location head and other mentors are politics oriented. I am glad that company has given me opportunity to showcase my leadership skills here. But in general people are not high class/well mannered/posh/swish rather they look like rowdy/road side/gundas/ill mannered. Sometimes you really feel God ! where have I landed man... :(

I received my peanut increment in salary in aug 2017 that too arrears are not taken care of.Location head/unit heads are politics oriented They set trends & team has to follow, note that I said trends not process.Process nobody knows,MOPP don't exist.Work is done in most pathetic way & u cant speak about it.LH/UH do not support decisions/ steps taken by team leaders.Yesterday only my Location head said to me that my team will decide if they accept me as TL or not.My fault I said to one maker that it is 4 pm you have done only 6 conversions since morning( no other work), its month end you need to speed up.That maker called my location head and LH in turn calls me & scolded.I am going to resign tomorrow.LH gets arm twisted by a simple maker who's fresh graduate doing his first job last 6 month only. LH have no idea how to handle such situations but scold soft ones and pamper rowdy.That is the only managerial ability they showcase.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff
