Dislikes

It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.

Actually I'm working at kotak for past 3 years when I join here my salary monthly 12000 , 3 years gone and also march 2023 I got promotion as a team leader, I given good support to my team also given good business but still I didn't get hike and 12000 only I'm getting. Work life balance No bad words from senior managers in my 10 years tenure with Kotak

Dislikes

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
