You get a lot of learning exposure. Job security is very good. 5 days working benefit. Overall a great experience.

Newly recruited person are taken for high salary where as existing employees do not have the value. Work for 2 years and change the company we ll have dignity then. Wen required sales and when required service changes in sop very frequently. We end up learning n experience all these as well.

You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
