Company is having excellent relationship with their customers and employees. Company is providing salary on time. there is a lot of things which l learnt from there. I'm thankful that I joined the kotak Mahindra Bank

There is some maneger who is having a very bad attitudes. They provide you a lot of pressure regarding to Target. They humiliat you in front of a lot of person. Due to a few manager in this organisation, the environment is not good specially this manager zone. they don't leave us on time.

The Bank is having an excellent environment work life is very very smooth in mostly all departments . Work culture is very good people are very supportive one of the best canteen you will get love the place and vibes.

The Bank salary structure is not that good. Internal politics which no one can blame as in every private banks you will get.

Corrupted culture toxic people makes toxic environmental Offered me salary of rupees 321000 pa bu what I was getting is 18800 They told me it was 5 days working but it was 6 days working Too short breaks Forced to sell debit card And their useless lifeinsurance policy

... work. Hr was also not supportive in bihar cluster. Everything was cluster head. Even many times i have work on holiday without any pay just for source business. There was completely dictatorship of seniors level.

...re saying he want business you do what u think I don't know but I need business. Everybody are known that in this situation are very critical they stop my salary in this situation.4 month they told me if didn't do higher life insurance I will put u in PIP .....means u are terminated..that are I facing problem I was told with my HR and senior also but all they not helpd wrost job ....
