I think in those days we are lots things learned. Bank also supporting so we are satisfied .

I think salary package not good compare to other bank this salary not meet in Mumbai location expenses. So I think bank needs to increase salary package that will be help financial support. If Employees salary will be increased then we all are working happily.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves

There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.
