I would say they are always having issues with budget no salary hike extra work given everyday I don't know they have policy to promote through IJP but disaster is they promote anyone without interview thier priority is only to save money for an example my reporting manager has nothing to do with work he only likes zoom meeting and cross sell where he is heading retai assets customer service devision he was not having email etiquette he doesn't know how to speak English only thing he knew is to polish upper management

Low salary Poor Management No employee benefits They hire professional to do labour jobs NPS is the biggest task to achieve when process is longer manegement expect us to score 100 every month specially when u work/ handle location single handedly

...cpc branches, sitting capacity in branches very low . Number DST ALSO VERY LOW . DST salary also very low no increments for front line sales . and no promotions. Fully manual work with compared other banks and NBFC's. Even no festival holidays in month ends. Month end Sunday are working days.

Salary, if you are a good negotiator.

Dislikes

It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.
