Kotak is the best work place for freshers or experience persons .good culture. I say that bcoz of I had experienced.

But we need to focus employee salary package. I say that bcoz I have 18000 in hand salary package monthly. I can't survive in this fast growing city. Don't take it personal that is my honest review😊

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

Salary is decent but career growth is full . There is a brand of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees. there is lost of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

...od. People including seniors and colleagues don't know how to talk with respect. If you take leave your salary will be deducted. Partial behaviour of seniors. Seniors don't support. I will never recommend anyone to work in kotak mahindra bank.

I learned so many things like.. how to handle customer argue. And how to develop self confidence. How to close deal. Well HR policy.

... commitment, not given incentives for achieve target, not give petrol allowance.( I m doing field job in bank but bank not give petrol allowance I need to pay from my salary)

The bank is good but employees are worst they treat new joinee as a prisoner they did not give respect
