...to gain knowledge and make my career But it's useless to be in this company My salary was 10 k in hand They never told about time like 9 to 6 So I used to work till 9 sometimes 10 pm I don't recommend you this company

Bad work structure. Too much work pressure without salary. Overall bad work culture and bad company.

Bad work culture and they don't provide any fixed salary. But at the time of hiring then approach candidates with too much good remuneration and income.

...in entire career. There was no career growth for employees who were on off-role. Salary was very disturbing.

KLI more believes in Monkey Management, which results in attrition at lower level. P.S I have worked at Branch level, there might be different seen at corporate level.

Work culture is good here. People are good, friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is v low and they don't intend to increase it even if u do hardwork. They should increase it. Our work experience becomes good when you have a good boss n vice versa.
