Two porukkies ruling and destroying the company one at Ho and another one other location. Always brainwashing to the owner, owner doesn't use his common brain. Whatever they tells immediately sacked the members,Family members are fighting in front of employees how the employees will respect the employer. Employer should be the role model to his/her employees. Owner think about only money nothing else. Over all employees view owner like a useless fellow. Good people are gone because of 2 porukkies. Some of the designation is not given properly especially PA post. He doesn't no anything but he always telling PA to owner. I don't know(which fool) has given the designation to him. But he is not fit for the position. He never allow to grew up his team members. He always given the complaints to the owner. He extract the work from his members and told in the meeting i only did. What Management thinks ohh PA only did everything, but he never did any small work. As sales leader he should inform to the senior level members this work was done by my team members, the credit goes to them only not for me. but he never tells to the management. PA given the wrong commitments to his team members and if anyone asked suddenly he informed to the owner he is not obeying always arguing and not respecting me. what MD thinks, okay will sent him out. Increment also he has given commitment but he never did. He has given idea took leave 3 or 4 days, if MD asked me will inform because of increment he didn't come to office. He only doing politics, owner doesn't know anything, he thinks he is loyal to him. But he is not loyal to owner. Everyone acting in front of owners. One of the other member always doing personal business in the office hours. and he is always in the mobile , using un- parliamentary words. No one will sit next to him. The Manager never asked why you are speaking like this. Don't speak & make personal business in the office hours. He don't have a THILL. to ask the person
