Politics and biarse environment, benefit for those who oiled the higher management people. Your creativity will go dumped. No skill development activities. There is strict in time restriction but most of the time the creative team mates have no proper exit time, working late till 10-11 pm. Appraisals this is a myth here.

Worst management. Poor decision making. If management can not bring the new project, they directly fire the whole team. They have hired the new Business development VP, who gives idea of firing the team ... instead of taking responsibility that they were unable to secure the new project.

Korra Worldwide Advertising is the worst organization I ever have seen. Tehy are playing with employee's during this COVID-19 in the name of low performance and also not written an Experience latter. It is a strange thing that HR of the korra worldwide advertising company considers himself the owner, first Ruchi and Gautami Gauri. Korra Worldwide Advertising fired all the good employees in the name of Cost Cutting... Don't Get caught in the 5-Star rating of Korra Worldwide Adverting as they force employee to give 5-star rating..

Opportunity is good but there is no leadership quality in people working in the top management space. Not worth the time you spend there.

People management and mentorship is highly been missed. The quality you look for is never there.

I have been working at korra.co.in full-time for more then 3 years. Nothing to say good. Even single man in this company.

Worst Company. 1) Here is no HR policy. 2) very bad management 3) Trained your HR and managers to behave properly and lead properly Advice to Management a) Please respect employee. b) Don't make fake comment. c) Don't play employee's feture d) Don't take Drug in Office, because female staff is also working.....
