Multiple brands to work, challenging tasks, timely pay out and nothing else good to say.

Dislikes

Politics and biarse environment, benefit for those who oiled the higher management people. Your creativity will go dumped. No skill development activities. There is strict in time restriction but most of the time the creative team mates have no proper exit time, working late till 10-11 pm. Appraisals this is a myth here.

Korra Worldwide Advertising is the worst organization I ever have seen. Tehy are playing with employee's during this COVID-19 in the name of low performance and also not written an Experience latter. It is a strange thing that HR of the korra worldwide advertising company considers himself the owner, first Ruchi and Gautami Gauri. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as they were starting up and the team was not formed. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
