Very very very very very very very less salary satisfaction. When you give your 100% but there are no any increament and appraisal. Very bad company in view of increament (in gujarat,India). Increament is only 500rupee and 800rupee per year. Very bad for any engineers. Because of low salary work satisfaction is also low. I gave my precious 6years to this company But company never ever observe my hardwork. I have 6years of experience but my salary is 19000rupees only. Hey KPS fix this issue as soon as possible.

...d or get Special Incriminate if you have that skill plz Go with this company. Lower Salary scale and Gujrati manpower treated as Godhariya manpower totally Exploitation of Gujrati employees worst ever company i suggest open Chay shop bar instead of go with This type of company.

...any growth but Employee salary not grow. Too much bogus rules in this company. Salary structure is different from Indian government rules. I'm giving 1 star if 0 is available then I give 0.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
