BLTPS site is excellent platform for learning especially for freshers. You can cover all the aspect of electrical engineering.

Dislikes

HOD have no knowledge, Managers are full with partiality, Almost no appraisal, No promotions as well. If you worked with KPS from starting onwards then ur progress is good but if u joint company as outsider then company will not trust u at any cost. State wise groupism is lethal.

Very very very worst company in my life or Career. There are without sense so many Managers in EMD department and no one manager have skill to operate single handly against problem they need always ground level Engineers they hired with very very lower salary treated as sanctions. Always who catches/waving experts for play with their Gotis of Manager/HOD's or Become Spoon they get promoted or get Special Incriminate if you have that skill plz Go with this company. I suggest to go for it blindly those who are GETs to get personal Knowledge development at technical level its Sea For Mechanical / Electrical. Don't care about Your salary if you are Freshers jst go explore learn and Jump to other organization for personal Growth.
