There is nothing to like about this company, no work life balance, no leaves, no value of employees, salary will be held if you are sick and take more than 2-3 leaves, there is no growth opportunities, if you ask for appraisal or hike they will terminate you without any reason, they list so many clients in few months.

Dislikes

Worst company ever to work with, they don't value their employees, the manager micromanages everything, you can't take leaves if you are sick or even if you have emergency, or you will be terminated. There is no support from the management for the new employees, there is too much favoratism, they only hire people for few months and then terminate them without any reason, I have seen this several times, they terminated around 30 employees in 6 months within 1-2 months after they Joined
