This is good option if you are a fresher with average qualifications and need to earn experience. But if you are experience one then this not an option for you.

Their management is sucks, they need to improve their HR policy and at least provide employees salary on time. They have to distribute work as per the employee experience and expertise.

The work culture and environment is unhealthy, with excessive micromanagement, office politics, and lack of support from HR and superiors. HR is unresponsive and ineffective, ignoring concerns and failing to provide solutions. Concerns are consistently dismissed, and growth opportunities are scarce.

No job security in hyd branch. the AVP Muzaffar acts like he is god and full of ego and bad habits. i suggest people to not to go with this company unless it is really necessary otherwise your career will spoil.
