Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

No work life balance, not time for out, no time limit for salary specialy staff, they treat staff like labours, highly not recommended, site senior harass you, pull your leg when u growth, hold your salary when ur given task delay, bad behavior specialy site person it is not inform to HO, HO person inocent they don't know about site calture, site person hide your talent, site person destroyed your efforts, site senior take credit of your hard work.

There is free advice if any one select to do work in gujrat specialy jamnagar area be ready for torture, No time management, do more extra time but didn' hope for bonus,Office game is very danger if your senoir feel inferior from your work that means your time out sallery always late project manager like broker just want to save all money in his own packet for empolye facility fund.
