Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

There is free advice if any one select to do work in gujrat specialy jamnagar area be ready for torture, No time management, do more extra time but didn' hope for bonus,Office game is very danger if your senoir feel inferior from your work that means your time out sallery always late project manager like broker just want to save all money in his own packet for empolye facility fund. Companies top management doesn't know what actually going on at down level, because in between top level and down level there is a middle person called coordinator, only these coordinators are wasting values of company. Because down level persons are really working hard, but these middle mans and so called old employees takes the credit and in actual if you see these middle mans are not doing nothing, only they have an excellent showing nature and through which they busy on making their good image only. And the one Admin called "Jana" Was a wasted person . Be aware of him
