It has a decent work culture good company for fresher

Too much micro management. Management will sit near you to get the work done. No task are planned properly every update is based on updates from client and asked to do verbally and then changes continues till seniors are satisfied.Your performance is subject to how good your relations are with management. Also there was lot of partiality observed for instance, some of the employees were allowed WFH while some were strictly order to come office everyday. Your Birthday celebration, anniversary celebration etc will be totally depending how good your are with management member. Overall good for fresher for experience it depends on how you can handle this micro management and politics

The company is good you get to learn things a lot the team is supportive

They say they are flexible but doesnt seem like it they do not take in consideration for employees issue they want things according to them even during probation they are chaotic they dnt give u time to settle in in general please do not join here the company is very small just at a start up stage you can do better i regret going here waste of my time
