Teammates are good ,no training,job security is not sure as it is depend on your sales, As you perform it will grow salary is average,Travelling approximately 10-12 days , As expected from every company there is little bit politics as it is considered that much in marketing sector ,It depends on your skills how much you learn in the field and grasp new challenges and overcoming them ,work environment is good as you are completing your targets on time , once you know the product you have to just continue to take regular follow up as per customer requirements on the field , Yes there is work life balance if you are consistent performer . Thanks .

Good and helpful when needed , no training , not definite unless you perform , career growth is slow , salary is low , you have to travel a lot , lit as usually expected from every company , depending upon your interest , working pattern is good , Its not that much innovative as you expect , work life is balanced when you complete the work on time .

I spite of having a great team I dislike the management in some ways as the management is very slow in solving the problems of the staff. Then suddenly the incentive of us deduction without giving any information. The management doesn't value the success of staff after getting the benefits.

There is no job security , working culture is good , management is improper as they had there own private rules , companies polices are good but they dont implement on that . In short its a family run business .
