Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

Too much Process oriented company. Salary gets credited on time.

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. ... the target in time so Management need to improve different quality of target . Finally my personal opinion is salary is not sufficient and need to revise the salary for management and trainee.Thanks for the given opportunity
