Its good company to learn, however no scope for growth.. Ideal for fresher's to enhanced their learnings.

Dislikes

Favoritism for people who are closed to management/ owner. No growth, No appointment letter, No gratuity, No PF, No salary slip, No form 16, etc..

Dislikes

Senior staff is worst they dnt support new comers harrases them due to which the work culture is worst specially project managers has no sense of talking to female employees .Directors are good but they will also stand by from there side.Also there is no appreciation policy,think twice before joining kompress.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
