Komatsu's work culture is good. It provides fair number of holidays. The respect between Senior & Junior employees are very good. Komatsu Work culture demands and thrives for Quality.

The Promotion and Compensation system is below average here. There are people who have been working for years and yet not been promoted. Komatsu India Chennai plant currently is mostly hiring people on Contractual basis.

... not integrated and synchronized. *No KT & Training towards work. No skill up. *Salary not up to the experience and market level. No growth in salary & Position. *Japanese are good, Indian management is not having professional approach & ethics towards juniors. More Partiality. No respect & culture. *Food is worst in terms of quality.

The only wish of like to work in Komatsu is all about the leave & holidays coz for every festival there is a holiday

...velopment. When president visit the subsidiary he had dinner only with Japanese. Non Japanese are treated like second or third degree nationalities with different pay scheme and benefits. Education free only for Japanese kids but non Japanese you get around 40% only in much lower category school. They pretend they are fair company but no fairness in all aspects! I regret my 12 years with this company! I challenge anyone to deny what i said!
