One of the worst companies you can work for, discrimination is everywhere, I had Japanese working under me which I don't know their salaries or contract benefits! I have reported some cases to compliance against Japanese and no action had been taken because they are Japanese. They add nothing to your experience and development. Whenpresident visit the subsidiary he had dinner only with Japanese. Non Japanese are treated like second or third degree nationalities with different pay scheme and benefits. Education free only for Japanese kids but non Japanese you get around 40% only in much lower category school. They pretend they are fair company but no fairness in all aspects! I regret my 12 years with this company! I challenge anyone to deny what i said!...Read More
