A person will get to learn many things over there, coz they don't appoint many employees, rather they put burden on one single person. You'll have to do soo many things over there, will have to take many responsibilities. Even if you do your work properly and on time, people are there who will spoil your image and the management listens to them only.

... your seniors will led you in trouble for the mistakes they have done, not you..Salary dates not fixed at all, it varies individually, i hope one's getting my point. And after you leave the company they'll harass you continuously for 3-4 months to clear your dues along with unnecessary blames & deductions...**They play blame games!!**

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
